The business management system is developed in several stages:

• Planning a business management system

System planning is a stage of setting goals for the business management system. At this stage, the strategy of the organization is determined, a balanced planning of all subsequent processes is carried out: development projects, sales, marketing, production, warehousing. Another key result of this stage is the clarification or definition of measurable results of the organization and the period of their achievement.
• Process development

The processes are coordinated with each other, requirements for the results of the processes and the interaction of the participating units are determined.
