Quality control organization
-
Development of a Control Plan - the basic document regulating the objects of control, the parameters to be monitored, the sampling scope and frequency of control, the responsible persons.
-
The staff responsible for quality control shall be trained not only in inspection and testing methods but also in the quality control system.
-
Any control implies a negative control result, i.e. a non-conforming product. The quality control organization should include measures to manage non-conforming products.
-
Quality control is a process that does not add value if it is seen simply as a process with a control function, without analysis and follow-up actions. The management system directs us to develop a systematic approach and transfer knowledge to staff on analyzing the causes of non-conformities, assigning corrective and preventive actions.
Quality control organization is a complex task, covering the following steps in our company:
-
Development of a Control Plan
Development of a Control Plan: points, frequency, criteria, sampling methods, inspection and testing methods. Definition of the equipment for quality control and product testing. Definition and, if necessary, clarification of the regulatory documentation for quality control: GOST, TR CU, TU, etc.
-
Identification of performers and their qualifications
At this stage, OREX consultants together with the customer identify opportunities to implement the Control Plan (Control Programme). We define the qualification requirements for the personnel and provide training. If necessary, third parties are selected to carry out controls and tests according to the Programme.
-
Quality control organization
This phase is the implementation phase. The Plans developed must be implemented and the trained staff must demonstrate competence. The most important part of this phase is the processing of the quality control results, and training in analyzing the results.
-
Management of non-conforming products
This is where we develop approaches to managing non-conforming products. We define methods to identify and isolate non-conforming products. Employees are trained to find the causes for the identified non-conformities and to carry out improvement measures (Ishikawa, 8D).
