Preparing for an audit is a service to eliminate the main violations in relation to the customer's requirements, which they will check as part of the upcoming audit. Audit preparation services have distinctive characteristics.

Preparation for an audit takes place in a very tight timeframe. Solutions and measures are implemented promptly.
Preparation for the audit only makes sense when all the necessary measures have been taken. Half measures are not even worth starting.

Preparation for an audit is implemented through three main stages:

Study and assessment of compliance with audit criteria

Knowledge and understanding of the audit criteria, preparation for which is carried out, is the key to success. If the audit criteria are not known as part of the preparation for the audit, the generally accepted requirements of international standards with the requirements for the quality management system are taken as a basis, as well as related best practices in risk management, process management, statistical process control, workspace organization, etc. As part of this phase, the OREX team conducts an initial assessment audit.
Development and implementation of actions

The results of the initial assessment determine the plan for further actions. Preparation for the audit must eliminate all identified nonconformities so that they are not subsequently identified by the customer. Services at this stage include the development of processes, documentation of regulations, definition and implementation of record forms. In addition, technical measures are being taken to improve the infrastructure, and the visualization of workplaces is being improved.
Training and briefing of personnel

Due to the fact that preparation for the audit is usually carried out promptly, training is carried out with the introduction of each new procedure. The training is aimed at explaining new regulations, explaining the logic of requirements, achieving a conscious attitude and motivation for new processes.

Requirements for transport companies and transport equipment including requirements for quality, safety, cargo clearance and interaction with subcontractors have been formulated and agreed. A Quality Agreement has been drafted. Selection of transport companies has been carried out. Two transport companies have been audited. A system of KPIs and reporting on the results of monitoring of the transport process has been developed. Regulations "Organisation of the transport process" have been developed.
